Senior Production Manager

As an experienced and dynamic Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end production operations of our Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing Plant. Your strong technical knowledge of cell assembly processes, quality standards, and production line management will be crucial for the success of our operations. Key Responsibilities: - Production Planning & Execution - Plan, organize, and control day-to-day production activities. - Ensure production targets, timelines, and output quality are met. - Manage workflow, manpower allocation, and shift planning. - Technical & Process Management - Oversee lithium cell sorting, grading, welding, assembly, and testing. - Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and process standards. - Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements. - Quality & Safety Compliance - Ensure final products meet required quality specifications. - Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) and R&D teams. - Maintain safety protocols across the production floor. - Team Leadership - Supervise technicians, line operators, and supervisors. - Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluation. - Build a disciplined, high-performing production team. - Inventory & Coordination - Monitor raw materials, cells, BMS, nickel, and other components. - Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, QC, and Dispatch for smooth operations. - Ensure minimum downtime and optimum resource utilization. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless production processes and uphold quality and safety standards.
