Role Overview

Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define product goals and roadmap for owned modules/features in alignment with business objectives
• Lead discovery, user research, and market analysis to shape product strategy
• Write detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and customer success teams
• Balance short-term requests with long-term strategic planning
• Analyze product metrics and customer feedback to inform iterative improvements
• Champion agile practices and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery processes

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B tech or enterprise SaaS
• Proven track record of launching successful products or features
• Strong analytical mindset with experience working with data and KPIs/OKRs
• Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD workflows
• Familiarity with product discovery practices and user research methods
• Comfortable with wireframing or working closely with designers
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Excellent communication skills – ability to present ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A self-starter mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience in food-tech, IoT, or hardware-integrated products
• Exposure to global markets or scaling products internationally
• Familiarity with frameworks like Jobs-To-Be-Done or experience using product management tools like Product board, Mix panel, Amplitude, etc.
