The charter of this team is to build modern, best-in-class Files Experiences for Microsoft Teams on desktop. We are looking for a talented Product Manager who has high empathy, is deeply analytical and passionate about scaling our services to help our customers and users be more productive. Responsibilities
- Identify user needs and product opportunities based on usage patterns and behavior. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements.
- Create clear and concise product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria with justification, vision, and roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, researchers, marketers, and other stakeholders to launch and iterate on your features.
- Run experiments to test hypothesis, use data and insights to inform decisions and measure outcomes. Prepare, present, and discuss business goals, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Establish a shared vision within the team and with partners by building consensus on business priorities leading to timely product execution.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Deeply technical person who truly understands ML/AI and how data can be leveraged.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
- 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
- 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
- Previous product management experience, especially in building mobile applications.
- Experience in building data driven products, ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- A track-record of independence, thinking outside the box and delivering world class solutions.
- The ability to lead across disciplines, collaborate, and influence your peers.
- The ability to empathize, listen, and obsess over our customers, external and internal.
