We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Commerce team. In this role, you will act as a central resource for product teams, providing critical metrics, actionable insights, and strategic analysis that inform and accelerate product-led growth. You will collaborate across disciplines to identify opportunities, translate business needs into clear product requirements, and contribute to the development and execution of product roadmaps. By surfacing trends, simplifying complex issues for leadership, and enabling data-driven decision making, you will help teams prioritize investments and deliver innovative commerce experiences. Your expertise in measurement and analysis will catalyze innovation and drive impact across product, customer, and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and refine product strategy, leveraging data and insights to guide decision making.
- Translate customer, business, and market needs into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
- Develop and maintain frameworks for tracking commerce metrics, experimentation, and performance, ensuring teams have the evidence needed to prioritize and iterate.
- Identify and articulate high-impact opportunities through rigorous analysis of trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.
- Facilitate alignment and collaboration across product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of goals and progress.
- Present complex findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, compelling manner, enabling effective prioritization and resource allocation.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, and accountability in product development and measurement.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively surface new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in commerce systems, data platforms, or analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data and metrics for informed product decisions, including market research and competitive analysis.
- Proven success in translating customer, business, and market needs into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a bias for action and problem-solving.
- Customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for delivering value.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adapting to evolving priorities.
- Willingness to flex working hours to accommodate global stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer subscription, commerce, and data infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and internal tools.
- Prior experience working with distributed teams across geographies.
- Understanding of privacy, compliance, and data governance principles.
- Ability to define holistic user journeys and proactively address potential issues, making tradeoffs and fostering positive interactions across diverse groups.
- Track record of influencing investments and deepening leadership perspective through synthesis, analysis, and insights.
