Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for expanding aviation technology products into international markets. This role is responsible for defining product vision, aligning roadmaps with business goals, and driving successful global product launches while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings deep product management experience, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of international markets and regulatory environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused products at scale.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on international product expansion
Experience in aviation technology or a closely related industry
Strong understanding of global markets, customer needs, and regulatory environments
Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Job Responsibilities:

Define and execute product strategy aligned with organizational goals and global growth objectives

Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver products on time and to quality standards
Champion a customer-centric approach by gathering and analyzing feedback from international customers
Ensure products comply with international aviation regulations and local market standards
Support budget, resource, and cost management for international product initiatives
Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and launch plans for global markets
Define and track KPIs to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement
Lead and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional product team
Communicate product strategy, progress, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders
