Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about driving product amplification, new feature development, and leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional products. In this role, you will lead the charge on amplifying the product’s impact, driving the development of innovative new features, and guiding a high-performing team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and refine products that meet customer needs and exceed business goals. This role is for our fantasy product- My11Circle

Key Responsibilities:

Product Amplification

• Lead initiatives aimed at increasing product adoption, engagement, and overall market impact.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing product features, improve usability, and create differentiators that make the product stand out in the market.
• Drive data-informed decisions to optimize the product's performance and ensure it meets customer expectations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling product messaging and go-to-market strategies.

New Feature Development

• Lead the end-to-end development of new product features, from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, etc.) to define requirements, establish timelines, and ensure features are delivered on schedule.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor products to define and prioritize new features that will add value.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into the product.

Product Strategy and Roadmap

• Contribute to the long-term product strategy, helping to define the vision and direction of the product portfolio.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product initiatives and feature development.
• Strong experience in driving product amplification and growth strategies for consumer-facing or enterprise products.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and inspire teams towards achieving common goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making ability.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Experience with product lifecycle management, from concept to launch and beyond.
• Experience with user research and product usability testing.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
