Job Summary:

You will play an instrumental role in shaping robust SaaS products, leveraging your expertise in cloud technologies and agile practices to deliver business-critical outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design through deployment and performance measurement, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Oversee product design and innovation, utilizing your extensive experience to conceptualize and launch impactful SaaS solutions.

• Analyze and define KPIs to monitor product health at every stage of the lifecycle, driving continuous improvement and growth.

• Manage implementation of new technologies, tools, and cloud-based products, specifically utilizing AWS, G Suite, and Azure.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration with executives, stakeholders, and global teams to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives.

• Directly manage, mentor, and develop high-performing product teams, ensuring strong performance and professional growth.

• Ensure full confidentiality and data integrity when handling sensitive, business-critical information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s/MBA degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top university.

• 9+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 6 years in hands-on product design and innovation.

• Demonstrated success managing multiple products, including measurable performance outcomes.

• Proven expertise with AWS, G Suite, Azure, and SaaS product environments.

• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, growth strategies, and KPI tracking.

• Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM), and exposure to PRINCE2 or PMP.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on executive-level facilitation and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Python or Spark.

• Experience managing supply chain products within fast-paced, high-achievement teams.

• Recognized for building relationships across organizational levels and global locations.
