This role offers the opportunity to shape the end-to-end experience of a complex SaaS product used by diverse users across multiple regions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and iterate on solutions that are both human-centered and data-informed. Your work will influence product strategy, usability, and accessibility, ensuring meaningful impact for end users. This position combines creative problem-solving, research, and design execution, with an emphasis on collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation. You will contribute to design systems, advocate for users, and leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflows. The role is remote-first and encourages interaction with global colleagues to create cohesive and impactful user experiences.
Accountabilities
- Lead the creation of user-centered designs for SaaS products, including journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Conduct usability testing, analyze user behavior, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives.
- Maintain and champion design systems, ensuring consistency and accessibility across products.
- Facilitate workshops and cross-functional sessions to ideate, refine, and validate design concepts.
- Leverage analytics and product metrics to inform decisions and measure the impact of design initiatives.
- Integrate AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, accelerate workflows, and improve design quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/Product design for complex SaaS products.
- Post-secondary education in HCI, Design, or related fields.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Miro.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Pendo) and accessibility compliance (WCAG).
- Strong understanding of UX principles including Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Visual Design.
- Ability to advocate for users, using data to support design decisions and alternatives.
- Curiosity, empathy, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team.
