Role Summary

Senior Product & Growth Leader

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Execution

• End-to-End Product Ownership:

  Define, own, and execute the complete product roadmap for the digital lending platform, from ideation and MVP launch through continuous iteration and scaling, in alignment with JMJ Fintech's overall strategy.

• Business Impact:

  Develop and implement strategies to ensure the platform generates measurable business impact, focusing on key metrics like user acquisition, loan disbursement volume, portfolio quality, and achieving aggressive revenue targets (with a precedent of delivering

  ₹300 Cr+ in revenue

  ).

• Market Leadership:

  Conduct deep market analysis of the digital lending and fintech landscape to identify new opportunities, competitive advantages, and ensure the product maintains a leadership position.

2. Growth & Scaling

• Customer-Centric Platforms:

  Champion a customer-obsessed approach, utilizing deep user empathy and data analytics to design and optimize highly scalable, user-focused digital lending products that drive adoption and retention.

• Operational Strategy:

  Develop and refine operational strategies to optimize the entire lending lifecycle (origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections), ensuring efficiency, compliance with RBI guidelines, and seamless integration with existing NBFC operations.

• Data-Driven Execution:

  Leverage advanced analytics and business intelligence to track product performance, identify growth levers, and inform all strategic and tactical product decisions.

3. Innovation & Technology

• GenAI-Led Innovation:

  Drive the integration of

  Generative AI (GenAI)

  and other emerging technologies to create innovative features, enhance user experience, automate processes, and build a differentiated competitive edge in risk management and personalized lending.

• Technology Partnership:

  Collaborate closely with engineering and architecture teams to ensure the platform is built on robust, scalable, and secure technology that meets the demands of a high-volume fintech environment.

Ideal Experience & Qualifications -

• Experience:

  Approximately

  2-3 years

  of experience in product management, growth leadership, or a related role within

  Fintech, Banking, or Consumer Tech

  .

• Domain Expertise:

  Deep practical expertise in digital lending, financial services, or related financial products, ideally within the Indian regulatory environment.

• Product Success:

  Proven success in building and scaling complex

  digital-first solutions

  from concept to market.

• Financial Impact:

  Demonstrated ability to deliver significant financial results, specifically managing products that have generated substantial revenue

• Skillset:

  Exceptional skills in product development, agile methodologies, operational strategy, and leveraging data for execution.

• Strategic Fit:

  Well-suited for senior product leadership roles in high-growth environments like startups, established fintech's, or IT/banking innovators.
