Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thrissur for a Senior Product and Growth Strategist. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, identifying and pursuing lead generation opportunities, overseeing sales initiatives, planning strategic events, and optimizing customer relationship management processes. The Senior Product and Growth Strategist will work closely with the marketing and sales team to implement innovative solutions, enhance client engagement, and support sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

What you'll do : • Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap for a digital lending platform—from MVP to scale—aligned with JMJ Fintech’s vision• Deliver strong business impact by driving user growth, loan disbursements, portfolio quality, and revenue (₹300 Cr+ track record)• Lead market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and sustain leadership in digital lendingExperience and Qualification: • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Related field• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in product or growth management in Fintech Banking or Consumer Tech• Strong hands on experience in digital lending or financial products, preferable in the India regulatory context• Proven ability to build and scale digital first products from concept to launch• Strong product development, agile execution, operational strategy and data driven decision making If this sounds like to you, we'd love to connect!📩 Apply now career@jmjfinance.com
