Design & Build | Commercial Interiors | High-growth Team We are seeking a sharp and driven Procurement professional to join our team and manage sourcing for premium commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years’ experience within PMC, EPC, D&B or Real Estate, with strong exposure to vendor management, project-based procurement, and commercial negotiations. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, build deep category expertise, and take ownership in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Execution: 1.Manage sourcing of materials, services, and vendors across multiple project categories. 2.Lead commercial negotiations to drive value and cost efficiencies. 3.Collaborate with project, design, and operations teams to ensure timely procurement. Vendor Management: 1.Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors; maintain strong vendor relationships. 2.Monitor vendor performance in terms of quality, timelines, and compliance. Process & Compliance: 1.Ensure procurement processes adhere to internal policies and project requirements. 2.Support the implementation and optimization of procurement tools and tracking systems. Reporting & Collaboration: 1.Track key procurement KPIs and report progress to leadership. 2.Work in close partnership with Finance and Operations to align sourcing with project schedules. Ideal Candidate Profile: *4+ years’ procurement experience within PMC / Design & Build / EPC / Real Estate / Commercial Interiors. *Strong pedigree — ideally from leading PMCs, EPC firms, or tier-1 project organisations. *Proven commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills. *Solid understanding of vendor ecosystems and project procurement dynamics. *Collaborative, ownership-driven mindset; thrives in high-growth, dynamic environments.
