Job Description

Looking for a skilled Senior Procurement Manager to join our team at Algoleap. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost savings and process efficiencies.
Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
Implement and manage procurement systems and processes to track and measure performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Experience with procurement software and systems, such as ERP and CRM tools.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
