Job Description The ideal candidate must possess knowledge relevant to the functional area, and act as a subject matter expert in providing advice in the area of expertise, and also focus on continuous improvement for maximum efficiency. Communication skills are key here, to explain organizational objectives, assignments, and the big picture to the team, and to articulate team vision and clear objectives. Senior Process Manager Roles And Responsibilities Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and Express. Design and implement APIs and microservices. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Work with MongoDB for database management and design. Develop and maintain frontend components using React. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user interfaces that are visually appealing and easy to use. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing. Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and bottlenecks. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay updated on the latest development trends, technologies, and best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies. Mentor and support junior developers, sharing knowledge and expertise. Technical And Functional Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. 6-8 years of experience in full stack development with a strong portfolio of web applications. Proficiency in Node.js and Express for backend development. Experience with frontend development using React. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with MongoDB and database design principles. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Understanding of server-side templating languages and asynchronous programming. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
