Position: Senior Performance Marketer
Department: Growth & Marketing

Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 3–5 years in Performance Marketing
Reporting To: Founder

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer with strong analytical, execution, and scaling capabilities to drive Visibeen’s customer acquisition and monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, full-funnel marketing, CAPI, UTMs, GA4, and landing page optimization, along with the ability to improve lead quality and reduce CAC using data-driven strategies.

----Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & Google Ads performance campaigns
  • Build structured testing frameworks (A/B tests, audience segmentation, creative variations)
  • Scale winning campaigns while ensuring target CPA & CAC

Tracking, Analytics & Attribution

  • Manage Pixel, CAPI, Leads API, GTM, and GA4 setups
  • Create and maintain a complete UTM architecture for cross-channel attribution
  • Analyze full-funnel metrics from CPC → CPL → Demo → Sales → MRR

Funnel & Landing Page Optimization

  • Collaborate with CRO/Automation teams for conversion optimization
  • Suggest improvements to messaging, CTAs, page layout, and user flow
  • Conduct funnel drop-off and landing page heatmap analysis

Lead Quality & Sales Coordination

  • Optimize campaigns for high-intent and qualified leads
  • Share lead quality insights with the sales team
  • Work closely with sales to improve demo rates and close rates

Reporting & Insights

  • Build weekly performance dashboards and reports
  • Present actionable insights to leadership
  • Maintain accurate data tracking and budget summaries

  • Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads mastery
  • CAPI, Pixel, GTM, GA4 expertise
  • UTM Structuring & Attribution
  • Lookalike & Retargeting audiences
  • Landing page optimization
  • Keyword research and intent mapping (Search Ads)

Analytical Skills

  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics
  • Ability to read and interpret trends quickly
  • High proficiency with numbers, reports, and dashboards

Soft Skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong ownership
  • Fast and data-backed decision-making
  • Clear communicator with structured thinking
  • Self-driven, proactive, and strategic

Preferred Background

  • Worked in SaaS, agency, or D2C
  • Managed ad budgets of ₹2–10 lakh per month
  • Proven track record of reducing CPL & CAC
  • Experience working in performance-first teams

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
