We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to lead our digital marketing initiatives across paid, organic, and programmatic channels. You’ll strategize, execute, and scale campaigns that drive student admissions, engagement, and brand visibility across India and beyond.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & Growth

• Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve performance targets.
• Oversee paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and programmatic platforms like DV360.
• Execute Programmatic Advertising campaigns to maximize reach, targeting accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• Manage and optimize affiliate partnerships to ensure lead quality and volume.
• Continuously monitor and improve key KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize returns.

Analytics & Optimization

• Use advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager, etc.) to monitor performance and extract actionable insights.
• Run A/B tests, conversion tracking, and funnel analysis to optimize results.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.

Social Media Strategy & Campaign Management

• Create and execute integrated social media strategies aligned with institutional goals.
• Manage ad campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Snapchat for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure engaging and consistent messaging.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates.
• Track trends, tools, and algorithm updates to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related fields.
• 4–7 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Media Strategy, or Programmatic Advertising.
• Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Snapchat Ads, and DV360.
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, retargeting, display, and paid social campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign tracking and reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
