The Team Lead will be responsible for being on the ground and getting their hands dirty with keyword research, editing articles for SEO, on-page SEO, off-site SEO (Quora/Reddit), organic/guerrilla marketing strategies and web analytics to optimize the company's online presence and drive traffic and conversions. Role Description This is a full-time and hybrid role for a Senior Software Engineer at Z Brands. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining back-end web applications. The role involves programming, implementing object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software development. Daily tasks include coding, debugging, code reviews, and optimizing application performance to meet user needs and business goals. The role is hybrid since our engineering team is mostly based in Bangalore. We are open to remote candidates. Key responsibilities: 1. Own the frontend and backend of a high-performance AI SaaS platform by architecting real-time data flows, building interactive dashboards, and scaling infrastructure using modern frameworks like React, Next.js, and backend stacks like Node, Go, or Python 2. Build and maintain advanced scraping systems to extract structured and unstructured data from dynamic sites and mobile apps while bypassing anti-bot systems and detection mechanisms 3. Design workflows where scrapers and automation tools feed into LLM-powered agents that trigger actions, parse UIs, and make autonomous decisions 4. Leverage headless browsers, fingerprint spoofing, proxy rotation, and mobile automation frameworks to stay undetected and unblock data sources at scale 5. Build secure and high-performance backend systems on AWS or GCP with built-in observability, optimizing pipelines and databases like PostgreSQL for speed and reliability under heavy load 6. Set up efficient development workflows by managing CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and monitoring systems for rapid, safe iteration 7. Collaborate with product and growth teams to prototype features quickly, translating ideas into reality and contributing to the product roadmap using real user feedback 8. Stay updated on developments in AI, scraping, and automation to continuously integrate new tools and ideas into the technology stack
