Job Description

Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute multi-channel paid advertising campaigns Google Ads to drive high-value FX trader acquisition.
  • Implement geo-targeted strategies focusing on priority markets.
  • Manage large-scale monthly budgets efficiently to achieve targeted CPA and ROAS.

Lead Generation & FTD Optimization

  • Optimize campaigns for high-quality lead generation and maximize

    First Time Deposit (FTD)

    rates.
  • Work closely with the Sales & BD teams to ensure lead quality aligns with deposit conversion targets.
  • Design and execute retargeting strategies to increase deposit conversion and trader lifetime value.

Data, Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics: CPA, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, FTD volume, and Cost per FTD.
  • Utilize analytics, tracking, and attribution tools (Google Analytics, GA4)
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for management.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross functions and global team to develop high-converting creatives and landing pages.
  • Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure ad content adheres to offshore FX advertising regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years

    of paid performance marketing experience, with

    at least 2 years in the offshore FX/CFD brokerage industry

    .
  • Proven track record of managing

    six- to seven-figure monthly ad budgets

    .
  • Deep expertise in paid platforms: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, Native Ads.
  • Strong understanding of FX trading audiences, funnel behavior, and trader acquisition strategies.
  • Experience with affiliate and IB paid campaigns is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with advanced tracking tools.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, ROI-focused environments.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages relevant to target markets are a plus).
