Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Art Instructor whose primary focus is teaching and mentoring students in various forms of visual art. This role is not studio-based but centered around delivering high-quality art education, supporting student growth, and fostering a creative and inclusive learning environment. Whether teaching beginners or more advanced learners, your role will be to design and conduct engaging lessons, explain artistic techniques clearly, and help students build their skills and confidence in art. Key Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and deliver structured art lessons tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Teach a variety of techniques such as sketching, painting, mixed media, and basic digital art (if applicable). Explain art concepts and principles in a clear, age-appropriate, and engaging way. Encourage students to explore their creativity, express themselves, and develop their own artistic voice. Assess student progress and provide constructive, personalized feedback. Maintain an organized, positive, and inclusive classroom environment (physical or virtual). Prepare and manage instructional materials and lesson plans in advance. Support class exhibitions, projects, or student showcases when required. Communicate with parents or guardians (for youth classes) to update on progress when needed.
