Ensure all content aligns with the latest exam patterns and syllabi for NATA, NID, FTII, IPMAT, NIT, NIFT, UCEED, and CEED. Create diverse practice problems, mock tests, and quizzes to reinforce learning and evaluate progress. Instruction & Mentorship: Deliver clear, engaging, and interactive sessions, adapting teaching methods to suit various learning styles. Explain complex concepts effectively, including quantitative aptitude, critical reasoning, logical consistency, analogies, series completion, coding-decoding, and non-verbal patterns. Provide one-on-one doubt-clearing and constructive feedback to help students overcome weaknesses. Motivate students and foster a positive learning environment. Assessment & Progress Tracking: Conduct regular assessments and full-length mock exams. Analyze student performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas needing improvement. Provide detailed progress reports and develop targeted remedial strategies. Exam Strategy Expert: Stay current with all changes in exam patterns and scoring for NATA, NID, FTII, IPMAT, NIT, NIFT, UCEED, and CEED. Coach students on effective exam-taking strategies, time management, and approaches to maximize scores across various question types. Collaboration: Work closely with other faculty and academic coordinators to ensure a cohesive and effective coaching program. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Engineering, Psychology, Education). Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience teaching Aptitude and Reasoning for competitive exams to 12th-grade students. Demonstrated success in helping students gain admission to top design, architecture, or management institutions. Subject Matter Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Aptitude (arithmetic, algebra, geometry, data interpretation), Verbal Reasoning (critical reasoning, logical consistency), Non-Verbal Reasoning (figural analogy, series, classification), and General Reasoning .
