Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic English Lecturer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in teaching regular Intermediate (Junior College) English curriculum, as well as IELTS preparation and spoken/communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Intermediate English curriculum with clarity and effectiveness.
• Prepare and train students for IELTS (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules).
• Conduct engaging sessions on communication skills, public speaking, and soft skills.
• Develop lesson plans, practice tests, and mock exams.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Adapt teaching techniques to meet the needs of both academic and skill-based learners.
• Contribute to a holistic language learning environment on campus.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in English language instruction.
• Proven experience in teaching Intermediate English curriculum.
• Prior experience with IELTS training is highly preferred.
• Strong command over English grammar, vocabulary, writing, and speaking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communication, Linguistics, or related fields.

Salary & Benefits
