English Lecturer

We are seeking a qualified and passionate English Lecturer to join our college faculty. The ideal candidate should possess a Master’s degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field, with prior experience teaching at the undergraduate or postgraduate level. The candidate must have excellent command over written and spoken English, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and engaging manner. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, designing assessments, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development. Experience with academic writing, research, and online teaching tools like Google Classroom or Zoom will be an added advantage. The candidate should be patient, empathetic, and able to create an interactive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and personal growth.
