Position details

• Role: English Lecturer
• Location: Chintal, Balanagar
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver structured lectures in English as per the syllabus and institutional guidelines.
• Design and evaluate tests, assignments, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and academic progress.
• Guide students in developing language skills, literature appreciation, grammar proficiency, and exam readiness.
• Participate in academic planning, staff meetings, and institutional activities.

Qualifications and experience

• Master’s degree in English (M.A. or equivalent) from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in English at college level.
• Strong subject knowledge in core English areas such as Literature, Grammar, Composition, and related papers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
