Position details

• Role: Commerce Lecturer
• Location: Chintal, Balanagar
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver structured lectures in Commerce as per the syllabus and institutional guidelines.
• Design and evaluate tests, assignments, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and academic progress.
• Guide students in developing conceptual clarity, practical application, and exam readiness.
• Participate in academic planning, staff meetings, and institutional activities.

Qualifications and experience

• Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com or equivalent) from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Commerce at college level.
• Strong subject knowledge in core Commerce areas such as Accounting, Business Studies, Economics, and related papers.
