Pay: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month + commission & performance bonus

What You’ll Do

• Liaise with colleges and universities to assist in student admissions and smooth transitions.
• Build and maintain relationships with admission teams and education leaders.
• Keep students and parents updated on admission news, eligibility, and scholarships.
• Organize admission fairs, workshops, and info sessions with college reps.
• Support counseling teams with the latest higher education info.
• Track admission trends and suggest improvements.
• Be a brand ambassador — share success stories, create content for social media, newsletters, and press.
• Manage media relations and secure positive coverage for IACG Intermediate.
• Plan events like open houses, parent meetings, and graduations with great PR impact.
• Monitor and improve our online reputation.
• Handle communications during any PR challenges or crises.
• Engage prospective students with campus tours and info sessions.
• Help candidates through the application and enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Organized, proactive, and a creative thinker.
