Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Senior Performance Marketer. The Senior Performance Marketer will manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels, analyze metrics to measure effectiveness, and continuously improve campaign performance. Responsibilities include creating data-driven strategies, conducting A/B testing, and ensuring ROI goals are met. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives is also expected.

Qualifications

Experience with Paid Advertising Platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Strong skills in Data Analysis, Budget Management, and Reporting
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC Campaigns Optimization
Proficiency in A/B Testing, Conversion Rate Optimization, and Performance Metrics Analysis
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
Experience in e-commerce or SaaS industries is a strong advantage
