Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Senior Performance Marketer. The role involves developing and executing data-driven performance marketing campaigns, overseeing paid media strategy, and analyzing campaign results to optimize ROI. Responsibilities include managing budgets, creating A/B tests, identifying new growth opportunities, and collaborating with creative teams to enhance advertising performance. The candidate will also monitor key performance metrics and prepare detailed reporting for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Performance Marketing, Paid Media Strategy, and Campaign Management
• Proficiency in Data Analytics, Budget Optimization, and ROI Analysis
• Technical experience in A/B Testing, Digital Advertising Platforms, and Conversion Rate Optimization
• Understanding of Growth Hacking, Market Research, and Consumer Insights
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Proven experience in working with fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands is an advantage
