We’re seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketer with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to join our dynamic team and take our clients’ campaigns to the next level. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and manage high-performing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth. Conduct in-depth audience research, competitor analysis, and market research to optimize campaigns across platforms. Lead the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns including Google Search, Google Display Network, Google Shopping, Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta properties. Continuously monitor, test, and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to improve performance and maximize ROI. Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring alignment with their business goals and delivering measurable results. Provide expert recommendations to clients based on campaign performance and industry trends. Work closely with the creative and analytics teams to develop compelling ad creatives and performance reports. Stay up to date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital advertising in general. Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative environment. Requirements: Proven experience (2+ years) in managing paid media campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). In-depth knowledge of campaign setup, targeting strategies, bid management, and optimization techniques for both platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, make data-driven decisions, and use platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets to track and report performance. Excellent understanding of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel strategies to improve conversions and customer acquisition cost. Experience working with e-commerce, D2C brands, or fast-growing startups is a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and internal teams. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
