Senior Analyst – PeopleSoft Core HCM

PeopleSoft Core HCM Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and functional requirements to design and develop scalable technical solutions in
PeopleSoft Core HCM
.
Develop and maintain components using
PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, SQR, Component Interface, Integration Broker
, and related tools.
Perform
system configurations, enhancements, and interface development
for HR, Benefits, and Payroll modules.
Manage day-to-day operations including support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Core HCM applications.
Ensure system integrity by performing thorough
testing, data validation, and patch/application retrofits
.
Participate in
vendor upgrades, PUM updates
, and support change management processes.
Deliver technical documentation and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and audit requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and resolve complex issues.

Must-Have Skills

4+ years of PeopleSoft HCM technical experience (v9.x or higher).
Proficient in
People Code, Application Designer, App Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker
.
Strong knowledge of
Core HR
,
Base Benefits
, and
Payroll modules
.
Experience in developing custom interfaces and integrating with third-party systems.
Strong SQL skills and understanding of
data structures within PeopleSoft HRMS
.
Experience with
retrofit activities, BI Publisher, and Fluid UI
is a plus.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
