Senior Peoplesoft Consultant

As a Senior Analyst in PeopleSoft Core HCM, you will be responsible for analyzing business and functional requirements to design and develop scalable technical solutions within PeopleSoft Core HCM. Your primary duties will include developing and maintaining components using tools such as PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, SQR, Component Interface, and Integration Broker. Additionally, you will manage day-to-day operations, including providing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Core HCM applications. Ensuring system integrity through thorough testing, data validation, and patch/application retrofits will be crucial. You will also play a key role in vendor upgrades, PUM updates, and supporting change management processes. Delivering technical documentation that aligns with enterprise standards and audit requirements is an essential part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business operations and resolve complex issues will be a significant aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you must possess a minimum of 4 years of PeopleSoft HCM technical experience (v9.x or higher) and be proficient in People Code, Application Designer, App Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker. Experience in developing custom interfaces, integrating with third-party systems, strong SQL skills, and a clear understanding of data structures within PeopleSoft HRMS are essential. Familiarity with retrofit activities, BI Publisher, and Fluid UI would be advantageous. Excellent communication and analytical skills are crucial for effective performance in this role. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is required to be considered for this position.
