Configuration & Technical Support Provide technical support for system upgrades, patches, and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) activities . Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to batch processes, online transactions, and system performance . 4. Testing & Validation Develop and execute unit, integration, and performance test scripts for Time & Labor and Payroll processes. Debug and resolve technical issues during testing phases, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and time policies. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by addressing technical defects and delivering solutions. 5. Reporting & Analytics Design and deliver custom reports and queries using PeopleSoft Query, SQR, nVision, BI Publisher .
