What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end

  General Trade operations

  with complete control over SS & distributor inventory.
• Build processes that scale — not patch fixes.
• Drive excellence in

  SFA & DMS

  operations across regions.
• Identify bottlenecks before they become problems — and automate them out of existence.
• Work with cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, finance, marketing) to keep the system always “on”.
• Create insights, reports, and actions that keep our brands moving faster every quarter.

What You Bring:

• 4–8 years of experience in

  FMCG General Trade operations

  .
• Deep knowledge of

  Distributor Management Systems (DMS)

  &

  Sales Force Automation (SFA)

  tools.
• Strong process-building mindset — you see patterns, design workflows, and fix leaks before they show.
• Comfort with data — Excel, dashboards, MIS — you make numbers talk.
• Ability to lead teams and influence multiple departments with logic, not authority.

Bonus Points:

• Hands-on experience with

  Power BI

  ,

  Power Automate

  , or any tech-led automation tools.
• Experience in modern trade or omnichannel FMCG brands.
• You think “system-first” and can build processes that survive scale.
