Position: Sr. Operations Manager – Gujarat Region Location: Mumbai (with regular travel to Gujarat-Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad etc.) Industry: Logistics & Transport Experience: 10+ years (preferred in logistics/transportation industry) Salary: As per industry standards Job Type: Full-time About Us We are a Mumbai-based logistics and transport company with a growing presence across Western and Southern India. We provide reliable and timely cargo, transport and logistics solutions to our clients across multiple sectors. We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to setup, oversee and grow our operations across the Gujarat region. Key Responsibilities: Setup branches and booking offices/franchises for business expansion Oversee day-to-day transport operations across Gujarat branches. Monitor branch performance, ensure timely deliveries, cost control, and service quality. Plan and conduct regular visits to Gujarat branches for supervision, coordination, and improvement. Coordinate with branch managers, local staff, and clients to ensure smooth operations. Resolve operational issues, track deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Implement SOPs and improve operational efficiency. Report regularly to the Mumbai Sales office on performance, challenges, and opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies, transport regulations, and safety standards. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Logistics or Management background preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics/transport/operations management. Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel frequently to Gujarat Good knowledge of Gujarat geography and transport routes will be an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and basic logistics software.
