Ø Book consignments, prepare bills & ensure all entries are made in the system Ø Assist in managing daily deliveries & prepare other documents related to transportation & deliveries as per the requisite format Ø Attend to customer complaints & resolve. Ø Maintaining the Warehouse. Ø Drafting & answering email enquiries with other branches Ø Maintaining daily expenses sheet & follow up with parties for Payment Ø Maintaining daily log of incoming and outgoing vehicles. Ø Ensure that all documents related to deliveries have proper signed and stamped (POD) Ø Maintaining daily register of new clients as per prescribed format and send it to Sales office on a weekly basis Ø Carry out other tasks as delegated by Branch Head and Head Office Skills required 1. Good Communication 2. Basic Computer Knowledge.
