Senior Operations Manager

This critical position requires a leader with a strategic mindset and a proven ability to optimize complex processes and manage high-performing teams to meet and exceed business objectives.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Operational Strategy & Planning:

  Develop and execute strategic operational goals and objectives, utilizing data analytics to establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Partner closely with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, Product Development), vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment and resolve issues, acting as a critical liaison to optimize overall business flow.

• Compliance and Process Optimization:

  Design, document, and implement efficient operational processes, ensuring continuous compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations (including labor laws specific to India), and internal policies.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• 18+ years

  of progressive experience in an operations management role, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing complex operational processes.

• Strong knowledge

  of operational methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.

• Proven ability

  in leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams, coupled with exceptional communication and financial acumen for effective budget management.

• Bachelor's degree

  in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master's degree is preferred.
