Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead academic, backend, sales, and marketing operations at Infyni. This cross-functional leadership role demands strong strategic oversight, team management, stakeholder coordination, and performance optimization across all departments.

Key Responsibilities: Academic & Curriculum Oversight

• Lead academic operations, from course development to delivery and student support.
• Collaborate with instructors and the academic team to design and implement high-impact curricula.
• Ensure academic quality, integrity, and process adherence.

Backend & Platform Operations

• Manage backend teams (tech, support, admin) to ensure seamless platform functionality.
• Optimize operational workflows, tech processes, and reporting systems.
• Drive process improvements and tech-enabled efficiency.

Sales & Marketing Coordination

• Oversee daily floor activity across sales and marketing teams.
• Align lead generation, campaign execution, and conversion goals with strategic targets.
• Track team performance and implement improvements based on data insights.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build a collaborative culture across departments.
• Manage performance reviews, staff development, and interdepartmental alignment.

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Design and implement operational strategies to support scale and growth.
• Monitor KPIs, handle budget planning, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Motivate teams to achieve targets under operational pressure.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of leadership experience in operations, preferably in EdTech.
• Strong knowledge of academic operations, backend systems, and team management.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in CRM, LMS, ERP, or project management tools.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram.
