Email Marketing & Automation Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative Email Marketing & Automation Specialist to design, execute, and optimize email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Brevo (ex Sendinblue), or HubSpot. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting impactful customer journeys, driving conversions, and using email as a growth engine—especially for eCommerce and service businesses. Key Responsibilities Design and manage high-performing email marketing campaigns Build responsive, editable email templates that reflect the brand’s identity Set up and manage automation flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.) Create and manage lead capture systems: popups, signup forms, landing pages Import and segment contact lists, apply tagging and dynamic content rules Track campaign performance using analytics (Google Analytics, UTM, platform-specific tools) Integrate email tools with our platform with IT support Install and configure tracking codes (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) Support A/B testing and provide optimization suggestions Tools & Platforms (at least 2 of the following) Mailchimp Klaviyo ActiveCampaign HubSpot Brevo / Sendinblue ConvertKit Omnisend GetResponse Nice to Have HTML/CSS knowledge for email design Experience with eCommerce automation Familiarity with CRM integrations and Zapier Copywriting or visual design skills for email content Multilingual campaign experience (optional) What You’ll Deliver Custom email templates and campaign setups Automation flows matched to business goals Audience segmentation and tagging Setup of lead magnets, forms, and popups Integration with websites and analytics Ongoing optimization and performance reporting Job Type: Part-time Pay: ₹540,000.00 per year Expected hours: 25 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
