Email Marketing & Automation Specialist

As an experienced and creative Email Marketing & Automation Specialist, your role will involve designing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns utilizing tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Brevo (ex Sendinblue), or HubSpot. Your passion for crafting impactful customer journeys and driving conversions will be crucial, especially for eCommerce and service businesses. Key Responsibilities: - Design and manage high-performing email marketing campaigns - Build responsive and editable email templates that align with the brand's identity - Set up and manage automation flows including welcome series, abandoned cart, and post-purchase sequences - Create and manage lead capture systems such as popups, signup forms, and landing pages - Import and segment contact lists, applying tagging and dynamic content rules - Track campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, UTM parameters, and platform-specific metrics - Integrate email tools with the company's platform with IT support - Install and configure tracking codes like Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel - Support A/B testing initiatives and provide optimization suggestions Tools & Platforms (choose at least 2): - Mailchimp - Klaviyo - ActiveCampaign - HubSpot - Brevo / Sendinblue - ConvertKit - Omnisend - GetResponse Nice to Have: - HTML/CSS knowledge for email design - Experience with eCommerce automation - Familiarity with CRM integrations and Zapier - Copywriting or visual design skills for email content - Multilingual campaign experience (optional) What You'll Deliver: - Custom email templates and campaign setups - Automation flows aligned with business goals - Audience segmentation and tagging - Setup of lead magnets, forms, and popups - Integration with websites and analytics - Ongoing optimization and performance reporting Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 25 per week Benefits: - Flexible schedule Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person,
