About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Omnistudio Developer to join our dynamic team. This fully remote role is ideal for candidates based in India who are passionate about building innovative Salesforce solutions and can seamlessly collaborate across global teams working in EST time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Shaping Technical Strategy & Architecture

  : Work closely with the team to define and implement Vial's technical vision and architectural framework.

• End-to-End Development

  : Build applications from concept to deployment using both traditional software development frameworks and low/no-code solutions.

• Code Excellence & Documentation

  : Produce clean, efficient, and well-tested code while maintaining clear, comprehensive documentation.

• Product Roadmap Contribution

  : Provide valuable insights to guide product development and influence future initiatives.

• Project Lifecycle Engagement

  : Play an active role in every phase of large-scale software projects, from planning and design to execution and iteration.

• Continuous Skill Enhancement

  : Keep up with evolving technologies, industry trends, and best practices to refine technical expertise and drive innovation.

Qualifications

• Web Developement:

  Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Minimum of

  5+ years of hands-on experience

  in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years in Omnistudio (Vlocity) projects.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex solutions with Omnistudio Designer

  (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, etc.).

• Designing Dynamic User Interfaces

  : Utilize OmniStudio to configure FlexCards, delivering personalized, responsive, and context-aware UI components.

• Building Guided Workflows

  : Develop OmniScripts to simplify complex business processes and enhance user interactions through intuitive step-by-step experiences.

• Optimizing Data Management

  : Leverage DataRaptors for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) within Salesforce, ensuring high data integrity and scalability.

• Seamless System Integration

  : Configure OmniStudio's Integration Procedures to enable real-time data flow between Salesforce and external systems.

• Automating Business Logic

  : Implement Calculation Procedures to streamline decision-making, optimize processes, and enhance system intelligence.

• Developing Full-Stack Salesforce Solutions

  : Utilize both declarative tools and custom coding, including Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, to build scalable applications.

• Comprehensive Salesforce Development

  : Apply hands-on expertise in OmniStudio, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Security, Sales Cloud, and APIs to create robust solutions.

• Enhancing Data Connectivity

  : Integrate Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs for seamless data exchange.

• Ensuring Code Quality & Testing

  : Conduct independent code reviews and support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to maintain high standards.

• Implementing CI/CD Pipelines

  : Utilize GIT-based CI/CD processes and deployment tools such as Bitbucket, Copado, and Jenkins for efficient development workflows.

• Debugging & Issue Resolution

  : Identify, analyze, and resolve defects to ensure optimal functionality, performance, and stability of delivered solutions.

• Collaborating with Key Stakeholders

  : Work closely with technical managers, architects, and business teams to gather requirements and drive successful solution implementation.

• Contributing to Agile Development

  : Participate in daily scrums, analyze user stories, and address gaps in functional and business requirements to support iterative development.

Certifications

• Salesforce certifications (OmniStudio Developer, Platform Developer 1/2) are a plus
