Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Senior Content Writer who can craft high-quality, SEO-optimized, and original content tailored to both real estate and IT sectors. This role demands deep understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to produce non-AI-generated content that boosts organic ranking on search engines. You will work closely with our marketing and subject matter experts to develop authoritative articles that educate and engage our readers.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit SEO-driven articles for real estate websites covering topics like sales data, home buying communities, market trends, and investment advice.
• Produce technical articles for IT websites focusing on Salesforce releases, updates, best practices, and industry insights.
• Create original, well-structured, and easy-to-understand content that complies with SEO keyword strategies without sacrificing readability.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to refine content strategies and improve website rankings.
• Ensure all content is plagiarism-free and avoids AI-generated text to maintain authenticity and trustworthiness.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and Salesforce technology to generate timely and relevant content.
• Review and optimize existing content for better engagement and ranking.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional content writing experience, preferably with a focus on SEO and digital marketing.
• Proven ability to write clear, engaging, and original content with a strong command of grammar and style.
• Experience writing for real estate and technology sectors, particularly Salesforce or CRM platforms, will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of SEO tools, keywords, and content optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO software.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines consistently while managing multiple projects.
• Excellent research skills to create data-driven, authoritative articles.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML is a plus.
