Role Description

This is a full-time, Remote role for a Senior Salesforce Developer based in India. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC), with a passion for delivering scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. This is a remote role based in India, with the possibility of onsite engagement in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop reusable, efficient, and scalable code adhering to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Implement and optimize complex business processes using Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems via RESTful and SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing Salesforce applications for performance and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Ensure high test coverage and implement unit testing and test-driven development practices.
• Participate actively in Agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements, trends, and best practices to continuously improve solutions.
• Manage deployment processes using tools like GitHub and Salesforce DX.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development with strong focus on Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven experience in Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ implementations is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration techniques and API development.
• Expertise in writing complex SOQL queries and optimizing them.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Passionate about learning new technologies and continuously improving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with global teams.

Preferred Certifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (optional but preferred)
