Engage in requirements gathering, analysis, and effort estimation for Salesforce enhancements and new projects
Participate in discussions around new initiatives and business requirements, identifying opportunities to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions
Build scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions based on technical and functional requirements.
Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and perform code optimization for performance and maintainability
Prepare and maintain formal project documentation including Requirements Specifications and System Design Documents
Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and other technical teams during code deployment and release management
Proficient in Salesforce custom development including Apex Triggers and Classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integrations
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration capabilities (Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, etc.)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience working in a global delivery model, including Onsite-Offshore collaboration
