Job Summary: As an Agiloft Implementation Specialist / Configuration Analyst , you will play a key role in configuring, customizing, and supporting the Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform for our clients. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementations, providing technical support, and assisting in system optimization. This role is perfect for someone with experience working with the Agiloft platform, eager to advance their career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration: Configure and customize the Agiloft platform according to client requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices. Assist in the deployment and integration of Agiloft solutions with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM). Support end-to-end implementation activities, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting issues and offering effective solutions. Conduct training sessions for end users to ensure a smooth transition post-implementation. Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and provide system enhancements or customizations where needed. System Optimization & Maintenance: Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and functionality. Perform regular system updates and troubleshoot issues with the Agiloft system. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (technical, project management, and client teams) to ensure project milestones are met. Communicate effectively with clients to set expectations, deliverables, and timelines. Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate documentation of configurations, customizations, and system changes. Assist in the creation of user guides and training materials for clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 1-5 years of hands-on experience working with the Agiloft platform, preferably in contract lifecycle management or related business systems. Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring Agiloft, understanding workflows, document templates, reporting, and system integration. Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required). Preferred Skills: Experience with Agiloft integrations with Salesforce, SAP, or other CRM/ERP systems. Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, SQL) for advanced customizations is a plus. Experience in other enterprise software or CLM solutions.
