What You’ll Do

- Manage, configure, and maintain Infoblox DDI solutions, including DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
- Administer and troubleshoot BIND DNS servers in enterprise and cloud environments.
- Design and implement scalable DNS/DHCP architectures to support hybrid and global operations.
- Monitor and optimize DNS/DHCP performance, ensuring security, availability, and compliance.
- Integrate Infoblox and BIND services with automation, cloud, and platforms (Azure, GCP etc.,).
- Maintain IP address management, subnet allocations, and provide governance and compliance reporting.
- Support incident response and root cause analysis for DDI-related issues.
- Collaborate with network, systems, and security teams to align DNS/DHCP/IPAM with enterprise needs.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and automation scripts.
What You’ll bring

- Over 6-8 years of hands-on experience with DDI solutions (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
- Strong knowledge of BIND DNS configuration, zone file management, and troubleshooting.
- In-depth understanding of DNS (BIND, Infoblox), DHCP (failover, HA), and IPAM concepts.
- Proficiency with Infoblox APIs and automation using Python/RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud-native DNS platforms (Azure DNS, GCP Cloud DNS).
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced experience in BIND DNS server management within large-scale environments.
- Infoblox Certified Professional (CPI, CPE, or CCA) certification.
- Exposure to automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform, ServiceNow integrations).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise-level change management.
- Experience supporting global enterprise or large scale networks.
