This is a fully remote role, requiring a high level of technical expertise, coordination ability, and mastery of industry-leading software tools.Key Responsibilities• Lead the design, coordination, and delivery of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) for complex international projects.• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to ensure integrated design solutions.• Conduct advanced MEP modeling, load calculations, energy analysis, and system optimization.• Ensure compliance with international building codes, sustainability standards, and local regulations.• Manage remote communication, document control, and reporting across multi-time-zone teams.• Supervise junior engineers and external consultants when required.Required Qualifications• 8+ years of proven experience as an MEP Engineer in large-scale building or infrastructure projects.• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (Master’s preferred).• Strong knowledge of international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, BS, EN, LEED, WELL, etc.).• Demonstrated leadership in design coordination and multidisciplinary workflows.• Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages a plus).Essential Software SkillsThe ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency with top-tier engineering and BIM platforms, including:BIM & Coordination• Autodesk Revit MEP• Navisworks Manage (clash detection, coordination)• BIM 360 / ACCMechanical & Electrical Analysis• Carrier HAP / Trane Trace 3D+ (HVAC load & energy modeling)• IES VE or DesignBuilder (sustainability & energy simulation)• ETAP (electrical systems analysis)Plumbing & Fire Protection• Elite Software Suite (Fire, Plumbing)• HydraCAD or equivalentGeneral Engineering & Visualization• AutoCAD MEP• Dialux / Relux (lighting design)• Microsoft Project / Primavera P6 (planning & scheduling)(Additional knowledge of Rhino/Grasshopper, Karamba3D, or parametric design tools is considered a strong asset.)⸻Why Join UsWork on landmark international projects in hospitality, real estate, education, and infrastructure.Be part of a multidisciplinary global team (UK HQ, India engineering hub, EU/Middle East operations).Flexible remote-first environment with international exposure.Competitive package with opportunities for long-term growth within the Group.How to ApplyPlease send your CV, portfolio of relevant projects, and a brief cover letter to:📩 info@mfinancialg.comSubject line: Application – Senior MEP Engineer (Remote)
