Senior MEP Engineer

As a Senior MEP Engineer at The AEC Associates, your role will involve utilizing your strong CAD and Revit skills to oversee the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across high-profile construction projects. With 8-15 years of experience in architectural and engineering services, you will be primarily responsible for the production of construction documents and participating in the final QA/QC process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop 3D MEP Models using Revit for As-Builts, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation/ Detail Drawing Sets. - Coordinate with other members of the Project Team to ensure completeness and accuracy of the model. - Adhere to internal and clients quality processes while producing and delivering CAD/BIM models, drawings, and documents with limited oversight. - Work in conjunction with Intermediate/ Senior Architects/ Engineers/ Project Managers/ Project Leaders for efficient, error-free, and timely deliveries. - Lead the design, review, and coordination of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, etc.). - Prepare Electrical services CD set / detail drawings and as-built drawings. - Run 3D Design coordination of ASMEP components using Autodesk Revit/ Navisworks and similar tools. - Employ creative and innovative thought processes in the architectural and engineering design process. **Qualifications Required:** - Masters/ Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or any other specialization in engineering disciplines. - Basic knowledge of International Building Construction Systems prevalent in US and ME regions. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. - Experience in design and documentation of Architectural and Engineering projects. - Well versed with production of MEP CD set drawings and 2D MEP Coordination drawings.
