Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and experienced MEP BIM Engineers (Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing) to join our growing engineering team. The selected candidates will be responsible for Modeling, documentation, coordination, quality review and designing in respective discipline services for a wide range of building projects in compliance with international codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare BIM model and documentation at various stage such as SD/DD/CD and As-built model and drawings.

Review design inputs and coordinate with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.

Prepare BOQs/schedules, technical reports, and project documentation.

Prepare Revit Family as per the Material submittal/Client Specification requirements.

Perform design calculations in compliance with applicable standards, codes, and client requirements.

Collaborate with clients for technical discussions and design approvals.

Participate in quality reviews, coordination meetings, and design validation at various project stages.

Work closely with BIM and CAD teams to ensure precise, coordinated, and clash-free drawings and models.

Worked on translation projects for US/UK/Canada/middle-east client such as Scan to BIM, PDF to BIM, CAD to BIM etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

7+ years of relevant experience MEP systems within the building services industry.

Strong understanding of international codes and standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, IEC, and local equivalents.

Proficiency & working knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks & AutoCAD is preferred.

Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
