Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect located in Noida. The Junior Architect will be responsible for :-

• Drawing Production:
• Primarily responsible for production of building project drawings during all design and construction phases including as-Builts, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation Sets and others meeting Project owners expectations (Internal and external).
• Provide/ Report the hours spent on the assigned project tasks using the prescribed tools and methods.
• Quality Assurance
• Able to follow company's internal Sop's, client specific Revit/ BIM templates and implement Quality Checking of as-built drawings, architectural/ interior design and construction documents.
• Team Working:
• Working in conjunction with Intermediate/ Senior Intermediate Architects/ Interior Designers/ Engineers and Intermediate Architects/ Interior Designers/ Engineers as per the reporting protocols.
• Self-management of assigned tasks for efficient, error-free, and timely deliveries.
• Expertise:
• Basic knowledge of Building Construction systems and standards.
