Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Junior Architect located in Kochi. The Junior Architect will collaborate with senior architects and design teams on various phases of architectural projects, including conceptual design, drafting, and project presentations. Responsibilities include translating client requirements into functional architectural designs, working with software tools to create detailed plans, and assisting in project coordination and management. The role demands precision, creativity, and effective collaboration with team members and clients. Experience with Project Management, such as handling timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field Detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork abilities Familiarity with sustainable and environmentally conscious design practices is a plus
