Senior Structural Engineer with BIM expertise

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  structural design, review, and analysis

  of reinforced concrete, steel, and composite structures for international projects.
• Prepare and review

  structural calculations, design drawings, and technical reports

  in compliance with

  Eurocodes, ACI, AISC, IS codes, and international standards

  .
• Develop and manage

  structural BIM models

  (Revit, Tekla, Navisworks) ensuring accuracy, coordination, and clash-free integration with architectural and MEP disciplines.
• Perform advanced

  structural analysis

  including seismic, wind load, and stability assessments (using ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000).
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to

  ensure BIM-integrated structural solutions

  .
• Lead

  BIM-enabled workflows

  , including clash detection, parametric modeling, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support

  digital project delivery

  with structural data integration, 4D/5D analysis, and quantity take-offs.
• Provide

  technical leadership and mentorship

  to junior engineers and BIM specialists in India.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Civil or Structural Engineering

  .

• 8+ years

  of proven experience in structural engineering, with at least

  3–5 years of BIM coordination experience

  .
• Strong expertise in

  RC, steel, and composite structures

  .
• Proficiency in structural analysis/design software:

  ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, Tekla

  .
• Advanced skills in

  Revit (Structural), Navisworks, Tekla Structures

  , and familiarity with

  ISO 19650 / international BIM standards

  .
• Experience with

  large-scale, international projects

  (hospitality, airports, high-rise, universities, or infrastructure) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and cross-disciplinary coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently in a

  remote, multicultural team

  across time zones.
