We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer with BIM expertise to join our remote India-based team. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge in structural design with hands-on experience in BIM modeling, coordination, and digital project delivery . Key Responsibilities Lead the structural design, review, and analysis of reinforced concrete, steel, and composite structures for international projects. Prepare and review structural calculations, design drawings, and technical reports in compliance with Eurocodes, ACI, AISC, IS codes, and international standards . Develop and manage structural BIM models (Revit, Tekla, Navisworks) ensuring accuracy, coordination, and clash-free integration with architectural and MEP disciplines. Perform advanced structural analysis including seismic, wind load, and stability assessments (using ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000). Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to ensure BIM-integrated structural solutions . Lead BIM-enabled workflows , including clash detection, parametric modeling, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Support digital project delivery with structural data integration, 4D/5D analysis, and quantity take-offs. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and BIM specialists in India. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering . 8+ years of proven experience in structural engineering, with at least 3–5 years of BIM coordination experience . Strong expertise in RC, steel, and composite structures . Proficiency in structural analysis/design software: ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, Tekla . Advanced skills in Revit (Structural), Navisworks, Tekla Structures , and familiarity with ISO 19650 / international BIM standards . Experience with large-scale, international projects (hospitality, airports, high-rise, universities, or infrastructure) preferred.
